Replacement parts for inspection
and detection equipment, made to order.
Small batches of 3D-printed parts that replace machined, molded or discontinued components. Every part is modeled from the original drawing or a measured sample, fit-checked on the real equipment, then printed in carbon-fiber PETG on an industrial-grade desktop machine.
Parts
Generic descriptions on purpose — quote requests get the drawing-level details. Prices are per batch and quoted within one business day.
Inspection-mirror flashlight clamp (pair)
Top and bottom halves that hold a two-C-cell LED flashlight to a telescoping inspection-mirror pole. Drop-in replacement for a machined clamp assembly; captive-nut pockets, 45° bore transitions so the hardware seats cleanly.
Fiberscope window wedge
Wedge that holds a vehicle window open for a fiberscope or videoscope pass. Replaces the polyethylene original; field-validated in daily use.
Fuel-tank fiberscope guide
Six-inch guide that seats in a filler neck and funnels a fiberscope into the tank: stop flare at the neck, tapered bore inside. Replaces a stack of PVC fittings.
Six-probe protective organizer
Base and lid that hold a set of six inspection probes in a kit case so tips stay protected and the set stays complete.
Twist-close needle tube
Storage tube and cap for probe needles with a multi-start thread that closes in a quarter turn — no bayonet to wear out.
Enclosed 9 V battery holder
Holder and cap for a 9 V battery inside a handheld detector; the metal contacts stay metal, the housing becomes a single printed part.
Two-C-cell retention cradle
Kit-packaging cradle that keeps a flashlight and its cells in place inside a foam-lined case.
Remote-display quick-connect shoe
Tapered tongue that lets a remote display hook straight onto a pole clamp and release with one hand.
Custom: clamps, mounts, guards, guides
Send a broken part, a drawing or a photo with a ruler in it. We model it, print a fit-check sample, then run the batch. Pole clamps, brackets, cradles and enclosures are the usual asks.
How we work
Drawing first, prototype second, batch third. Nothing ships that has not been on the real equipment.
Materials
Chosen per part for the job it does, not for looks.
| Material | Used for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon-fiber PETG | Clamps, brackets, guides, enclosures | Rigid and dimensionally stable, matte finish, low creep, resists fuel and cleaning solvents better than PLA-class plastics. |
| PETG | Clips, snaps, holders, organizers | Tougher and more flexible than the carbon-filled grade where a part has to snap or spring. |
| TPU 95A | Pads, gaskets, feet | Flexible replacement for die-cut foam and rubber pads. |
